1. Watermelon smoothie:
                Watermelons are rich in water, vitamin C, and vitamin A. its low in carbohydrates. and is good to beat hot summer days.
                    Serving: 1 person

                    Watermelon: 1 ½ cup
                    Sugar: 1 ½ teaspoon
                    Salt: a pinch
                    Ice cube: 2
                    Mint: optional

                    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it well. Add mint for garnishing. And serve.

  2. Black currant Smoothie:
                    One of the yummiest smoothie. Enhance your metabolic rate and helps in digestion. And is best in summers.
Serving: 1 person

Black currants: 1 cup
Water: ½ cup
Sugar: 1 ½ teaspoon
Salt: a pinch

                        Add all ingredients in a mixer and mix well. Strain the juice and add ice in it. And serve.

   3. Strawberry Smoothie:
                  This pink smoothie is doubly delicious and healthy and is a great breakfast.
       Serving:1 person

      Strawberries: 1 cup
      Sugar: 1 ½ teaspoon
      Water: 2 tablespoon
      Salt: a pinch
     Ginger: ½ teaspoon grated (optional)

                            Put strawberries, sugar, water, ginger in a blender and blend it well. Then add ice and blend it again. Puree until smooth. Garnish with mint if desired.

  4. Mint Cucumber Smoothie:
                      It’s very healthy and will also help you to loose extra pounds.
                    Serving: 1 person

                    Cucumber: 1 cup diced
                    Lemon juice: few drops
                    Mint: few leaves
                    Salt: a pinch

                     Put all ingredients in a mixer and mix well. Puree until smooth. Add ice cubes and garnish it with mint.

     5. Strawberry Choco Smoothie:
                 Everyone loves the combo of strawberries and chocolate. And it’s so easy to make and is a perfect start of a day.
          Serving: 2 person

          Strawberries: 1 cup
          Milk: 1 cup
          Chocolate syrup: 2 table spoon
          Ice cubes: 3

                                  In a blender, combine strawberries, milk, chocolate syrup and ice cubes and blend it well until mixture is smooth and frothy. And pour it into glasses and serve. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

     6.  Mango Mint Smoothie:
                          
                         Serving: 1person

 Mango: 1 cup diced
 Lime juice: 1 tablespoon
 Mint: few leaves
 Ginger: ½ teaspoon grated
 Ice: 3 cubes

                         In a blender, add mango, lime juice, mint leaves, ginger and ice cubes and mix it until mixture is smooth. Garnish it with lime or mint if desired and serve.

   7.  Tomato Smoothie:
                         One of the best smoothie to reduce waste. It is detoxifying and will keep you hydrated. Its light and yummy.
       Serving: 1 person

       Tomato: 2 diced
       Water ½ cup
       Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
       Ice: 2 cubes
       Salt: a pinch
       Black pepper powder: a small pinch

                               Put tomato, water, lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder in a blender and blend it well. Then add ice cubes in it and serve it.
